  • Lead engineering execution for a growing AI product, establishing priorities, ownership, and quality expectations.
  • Manage and develop a team of senior engineers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
  • Partner with product and technical leadership to translate strategy into coordinated engineering roadmaps.

  • Design and run education-first technical sessions inside enterprise accounts, teaching engineers how to ship AI features, run experiments, and manage risky releases.
  • Partner with account teams (AEs, SEs, CS) to identify target accounts, build internal champions, and hand off expansion opportunities.
  • Own the pilot program end-to-end, including instrumentation, readouts, and recommendations to scale, adjust, or stop.
